1General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ck7n platform and all of its services. By visiting the ck7n website, creating an account, or using any game or service, you agree to these Terms.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently accepted on the ck7n platform:

• Nagad — the mobile financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck7n offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• A deposit of ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed on the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• ck7n reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

5.4 VIP Programme

ck7n has a five-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. The criteria for moving between tiers are set by ck7n and are subject to change.

6Sports Betting and Casino Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ck7n are operated through certified software providers. Fair play and a Random Number Generator (RNG) system are used to ensure impartial results.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All markets are provided for example purposes. Options to change a bet after a match has started are limited. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Game Results in the Event of Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage or technical issue, ck7n will settle it based on the last valid result. ck7n's decision in this matter shall be final.

7Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Bonus fraud or gaining an advantage through the use of multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors and concealing them.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding against other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method.
• Treating staff or other users in an abusive or harassing manner.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 ck7n's Rights

ck7n reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This action will be taken particularly in cases of rule violations.

8.2 User Request to Close Account

If a user wishes to close their own account, send a written request to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid funds.

8.3 Consequences of Account Closure

• All bonuses and rewards in a closed account will be forfeited.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the original deposit may not be returned.
• A person whose account has been closed may not open a new account.
